This policy describes how Active Outcome (“we”, “us”) handles information in LookoutCurved for Apple Vision Pro.

Summary

LookoutCurved does not require an account. World sensing is used only on-device to steer gameplay within the volumetric play space. We do not sell personal data or use third-party advertising trackers.

On-Device Processing

Hand aim and world tracking run on your Apple Vision Pro. Sensor data stays on the device and is used only to position gameplay inside the play volume.

Online Multiplayer

Optional online multiplayer connects to a Cloudflare-hosted game server to list rooms, match players, and relay gameplay state (display name, room name, snake positions). This data is transient and used only for live sessions.

Anonymous session counters (for example joins and rounds completed) may be logged on the server for reliability and abuse prevention. Logs are not used for advertising or profiling.

What We Do Not Collect

No account registration or sign-in
No third-party analytics SDKs
No advertising identifiers
No sale of personal information

Children

LookoutCurved is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
